We are working to ensure that the Swiss legal system takes into account the real risks faced by Russian opposition figures, deserters, and activists upon returning to the country.

The association lobbies for simplified procedures for obtaining protection and expanded criteria for granting asylum on political grounds. We provide expert opinions to migration authorities (SEM), highlighting the systemic nature of repression in Russia. Our goal is to ensure that everyone who chooses freedom and human rights finds safe refuge and conditions for a dignified life in Switzerland, free from fear of extradition or persecution.
