Punishment cell in Geneva
The "Shizo" project in Geneva is a large-scale installation recreating the punishment cell where Alexei Navalny was held. Installed in Place des Nations, directly opposite the entrance to the UN, this model has become a vivid testimony to the torture conditions in Russian prisons. We created this space so that politicians, diplomats, and the people of Geneva could personally experience the two-and-a-half-by-three-meter cell where, for years, they have been trying to break the human spirit.
This action resonated internationally, reminding the world that behind political debate lies real human suffering. The installation served as a venue for meetings, discussions, and solidarity, transforming abstract news of repression into a tangible reality. For us, this is a way to compel international institutions to act, reminding them of the price of freedom and the need to protect the rights of every prisoner in Russia.
